Empowerment coach, corporate learning consultant, author and researcher Dhvani Joshi Pandya helps individuals and organisations build confidence, emotional intelligence and purpose-led leadership. Through CORE: Designing Happiness, she combines neuroscience, psychology and experiential learning to support sustainable transformation.

Dhvani Joshi Pandya’s work begins with a central belief: sustainable professional success cannot be separated from inner well-being.

An empowerment coach, corporate learning and development consultant, author, researcher and founder of CORE: Designing Happiness, Dhvani has built a multidisciplinary practice focused on helping people understand themselves, communicate more effectively and lead with greater purpose.

With more than 12 years of experience across academia and the corporate world, she has worked with students, professionals, educators, entrepreneurs and leaders seeking meaningful personal and professional development.

Her early professional journey was rooted in education. After serving as a professor for nearly a decade, she made the decision to step away from a secure academic career and pursue a wider mission centred on experiential learning, emotional well-being and leadership development.

Through CORE: Designing Happiness, she now partners with corporations, universities, healthcare institutions and educational organisations to develop learning interventions that combine neuroscience, psychology, communication, leadership and human-centred design.

Her areas of expertise include leadership development, emotional intelligence, communication excellence, personal branding, interview preparation, campus-to-corporate readiness, team building, behavioural skills and workplace well-being.

This diverse range is connected by a consistent purpose: enabling people to understand the behaviours, emotions and internal narratives that influence their performance.

Dhvani’s signature approach combines reflective practices, storytelling, experiential learning and emotional healing.

Instead of relying only on temporary motivation, she focuses on sustainable behavioural change and deeper self-awareness.

Her work recognises that professional challenges are often connected to factors such as limiting beliefs, communication patterns, emotional responses and the ability to manage change.

As an author, Dhvani wrote Wired by Stories, a book exploring how the narratives people repeatedly tell themselves can shape their beliefs, emotions, identities and life outcomes.

Her academic interests further strengthen her professional work. She is pursuing a PhD in English Literature, with research exploring the intersection of leadership, neuroscience and narrative studies through the concept of Neuro-Novels.

Her research seeks to introduce brain-friendly leadership frameworks that connect literature, psychology and organisational development.

Beyond the workplace, Dhvani is committed to emotional healing and personal growth. Her programs incorporate practices such as Ho’oponopono, mindfulness, reflective journaling, expressive arts and self-awareness.

These tools are intended to help individuals reconnect with themselves, cultivate resilience and develop healthier relationships with their personal and professional responsibilities.

Her mission is to help people design happier minds, stronger relationships, empowered careers and purpose-driven lives.

Through her work, Dhvani demonstrates that professional development becomes more meaningful when it considers the whole person—not only performance, but also emotional awareness, identity and well-being.
