For Priyanka Thakur, years of professional growth, business challenges, creative exploration and personal transformation eventually shaped a larger calling: helping women entrepreneurs build businesses that are not only successful, but also aligned with who they are.
With nearly three decades of experience across the corporate world and entrepreneurship, Priyanka has witnessed the many phases of professional life — ambition, setbacks, reinvention, resilience and growth.
Before stepping fully into her coaching journey, she built a strong foundation through more than two decades in the apparel industry, working in senior leadership roles. This experience gave her a deep understanding of business operations, people management, customer expectations and brand building.
In 2016, Priyanka chose to pursue a long-held creative vision and founded NIRWAANA, her silver jewellery label.
As Founder and Creative Head, she leads the brand from concept to execution, gaining first-hand experience in product development, customer engagement, creative decision-making and the realities of sustaining a business.
Her journey with NIRWAANA gave her more than entrepreneurial experience. It gave her empathy.
She understood the courage required to build something from the ground up, the uncertainty that comes with decision-making, and the inner strength needed to keep moving forward when business feels difficult.
Over time, this entrepreneurial journey revealed a second calling — coaching.
To bring structure and depth to this work, Priyanka pursued a Mindset and Life Coach certification. This allowed her to combine her business experience with tools for inner growth, confidence and personal transformation.
Through NirwaanaShift with Priyanka, she now works as a Business and Mindset Coach for women entrepreneurs at different stages of their journey.
Some women come to her when they are just starting. Others are trying to make their businesses profitable. Some are ready to scale but feel blocked by self-doubt, lack of clarity or weak systems.
Priyanka’s approach blends practical strategy with mindset transformation.
She believes that sustainable business growth requires both structure and inner alignment. A business may need better systems, clearer offers, improved time management and stronger sales confidence, but the founder may also need to work through fear, overwhelm or limiting beliefs.
